Shame’s Whisper

Is there a part of yourself you keep hidden from the world? A part you have difficulty acknowledging or accepting and are afraid to share with others? Perhaps you keep repeating critical messages in your head without knowing how they got there.

Shame’s Whisper is a one-day workshop offering you the chance to explore the idea of shame and to gain awareness of the experiences and messages that have stopped you being connected to your true self and proud of all that you are. You will have the unique opportunity to explore your self-judgements and to confront their tyranny in a safe and mutually supportive environment.

This experiential day gives you time to explore the root of these messages and challenge their validity. You will have the chance to explore your deepest secrets about yourself and potentially develop your self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love.

One reduced cost place is available.
